Applications for Semester 1, 2009 Monash University Sport Bursaries close on Friday October 31st.

Applications are open for Monash students that will be enrolled for Semester 1 2009.

This year, all applications are done online, through the Scholarships department. For many of the different bursaries and scholarships on offer the same form is used. There are one or two questions that may not be relevant, but please make sure you are very clear and detailed as to why you feel you deserve a bursary, including awards, personal bests, times and distances where relevant and also your commitment and relationship with Monash University, especially Monash Club and University Games participation.

The Monash University Baseball Club extends it condolences to the Holmes family on the passing of John's Father Ernie Holmes. While Mark "Bubba" Holmes and Matt "Homer" Holmes played at Monash, Ernie was always on the sidelines supporting his grandchildren, and volunteering his time to the club. He will be missed.
